✅ HOW TO QUALIFY FOR A DSCR REFINANCE LOAN

To qualify for a traditional DSCR refinance loan, applicants must have the following:

 

  • Ownership Equity stake of 25%. For single-unit properties, and 2-4 unit multi-family homes,

  • MINIMUM FICO for a DSCR Loan is 620 or higher. Credit scores < 700 may affect LTV. (see loan originator for details)
  • Ownership interest in the property for 6 months or longer.

  • HAVE 3 OR MORE ACTIVE CREDIT TRADELINES APPEARING ON CREDIT HISTORY FOR THE MOST RECENT 12 MONTHS, *OR* 2 active tradelines for the most recent 24 months.
  • DSCR RATIO - Property being financed must have a sufficient DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) of 1.00 or higher for refinance transactions
