Our Jumbo Classic Mortgage is our traditional Jumbo home loan program. This loan offers the most competitive interest rates, compared with strict loan qualification standards.
WHO IS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE?
The ideal candidate for this program is an applicant with impeccable credit history, high credit scores, stable work history, strong financial reserves, and straight-forward income using tax personal returns (and business returns, if applicable).
PROS:
Competitive interest rates and terms.
CONS:
Rigorous qualification standards, limited flexibility. Full-doc qualification using tax returns. 700 minimum score needed to qualify
Our Private Client Portfolio Program is our Portfolio home loan program. This loan blends competitive interest rates, with flexible loan qualification standards.
WHO IS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE?
This program is perfect for applicants who are close to qualifying for a Jumbo Classic Mortgage but require more flexibility compared to the strict jumbo standards. While we still require a strong credit history, stable financial background, consistent work history, and substantial financial reserves, we have a more flexible underwriting philosophy, allowing us to provide more opportunities for approval. This is a custom underwriting solution built around your unique needs.
